New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday highlighted Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's opinion piece in an English daily, underscoring the shift towards cooperative federalism in the country.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) emphasised that new pathways for progress have opened in the country amid strong Centre-state relations.

"Dialogue is replacing disputes, trust is strengthening Centre-state relations, and development is opening new pathways for progress.
