Lucknow, May 10 -- Uttar Pradesh Minister Danish Azad Ansari on Sunday said the development of West Bengal remains a priority for the party and asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's promise of progress for the state would be fulfilled.

While speaking to ANI, Minister Ansari says, "The development of West Bengal is a priority for the BJP. The promise of progress made by Prime Minister Modi will certainly be fulfilled. Illegal infiltration has been taking place in the state, and strengthening law and order is essential to protect the interests of the people."
