New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- Amid the escalating political row surrounding the Election Commission and SIR, Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Thursday claimed with "100 per cent certainty" that India's elections, from the 2024 Lok Sabha polls to a string of state Assembly contests, have been "rigged", as he escalated a year-long "Vote Chori" allegation into a direct, personal charge against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
