New Delhi, March 7 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta condemned the killing of a 25-year-old man during Holi celebrations in Delhi's Uttam Nagar, calling the incident "heartbreaking and reprehensible" and assuring strict action against those involved.
