Khatima, Sept. 2 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday said September 2 is a deeply emotional day for every Uttarakhandi as it marks the anniversary of the 1994 Mussoorie firing incident.

Speaking to ANI, CM Dhami said, "Today is a deeply emotional day for every Uttarakhandi, as it marks the anniversary of the 1994 Mussoorie firing incident. It is a day to pay tribute. This major movement took place here in protest against the Khatima firing incident, which had occurred on September 1, 1994."
