Colombo, April 19 -- Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Sunday said India has conveyed its "deep concern" to Iranian authorities over the shooting incident involving two Indian-flagged ships in the Strait of Hormuz, stressing the need to ensure the safety of mariners and free movement in international waters.
