Kolkata, Aug. 2 -- Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar on Sunday criticised Opposition MPs over their skit on the Ram Mandir donations.

He said that they targeted Hinduism and would not have the courage to stage similar performances involving other religions.

Speaking to ANI, Majumdar said, "The theatrics displayed by Pappu Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, and their associates regarding Hinduism, and specifically the saffron colour associated with the faith, in front of the Lok Sabha and the Makar Dwar are completely condemnable and in poor taste. You only dare to do this with Hinduism. You would not have the courage to do the same with any other religion; otherwise, you would face severe consequences."
