New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- South East DSP Vineet Kumar on Tuesday said that the investigating authorities in Delhi are prioritising evidence collection to deliver swift justice following the murder of 54-year-old Manipuri music teacher Chongtham Vikram Singh in Kilokari Village, Ashram.

Speaking at a press conference, Kumar said that the incident began on Sunday evening following a dispute over noise and nuisance outside the victim's residence. The victim, identified as C Vikram Singh, succumbed to his injuries at 7 AM on Monday.
