New Delhi, Aug. 13 -- Special Fast Track Court, presided over by Special Judge (Fast Track Court) Ajay Gupta, formally took cognisance of the CBI charge sheet filed against 13 accused persons, including three subject experts categorised as public servants, in a detailed 22-page order, uploaded on Thursday.

Special Judge Gupta on Wednesday observed that the material collected by the CBI makes it prima facie clear that all 13 accused formed an active part of the NEET (UG) 2026 exam leak syndicate, conspiring together to disseminate and circulate question papers across all three subjects for illegal monetary gain.
