Yadgir, Sept. 11 -- Karnataka Minister Sharan Prakash Patil on Friday hit out at the BJP over its allegations of corruption against the Congress government, saying the party has no moral right to raise the issue.

Addressing a gathering at the Zilla Panchayat hall in Yadgir, Patil said BJP leaders should look at the party's own record in Karnataka before making allegations against the Congress government.

"The people of Karnataka have witnessed BJP's rule. They have seen the administration of the B.S. Yediyurappa-led government from 2008 to 2013 and the BJP government from 2019 to 2023. Before speaking about corruption, they should look back at their own record," he said.
