Bandung, Jawa Barat, March 20 -- The West Java provincial government is offering a 10 percent discount on annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments for two- and four-wheeled vehicles during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri holiday period.

West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi said the program applies to online payments made between March 18 and March 24, 2026, as part of efforts to ease financial pressure on residents during the festive season.

"Rather than spending all your money on Lebaran, it is better to pay your taxes and receive a 10 percent discount," he said in a statement issued in Bandung, West Java on Friday.

The program is accessible through digital platforms, including the Sapawarga application and SIGNAL (Samsat Digital Nasional).
