Kupang, NTT, May 22 -- Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka emphasized the importance of modernizing and downstreaming the seaweed industry during a dialogue with seaweed farmers at Mulut Seribu Beach, Rote Ndao District, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), on Friday.
