Jakarta, April 15 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka discussed viable initiatives to improve the welfare and capacity of teachers at madrasas (Islamic schools) when hosting representatives from the Madrasah Teachers Association (PGM).

The meeting took place at the Vice Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday, according to a statement from the Vice Presidential Secretariat.
