Jakarta, Feb. 27 -- President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has conveyed his country's commitment to increasing investment in Indonesia, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said.

The commitment was expressed during a bilateral meeting with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto at Qasr Al Bahr Palace in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, Wijaya said in a statement received by ANTARA from Jakarta on Friday.

"The meeting discussed enhanced investment cooperation. Bilateral ties are being elevated. The UAE wants to increase its investment in Indonesia," the Cabinet Secretary said.
