Jakarta, May 4 -- The Ministry of Trade issued the Regulatiom of the Minister of Trade Number 12 of 2026 concerning export policies and regulations.

Trade Minister Budi Santoso explained that the main points of this regulatory change include the authority to suspend issuance.

Other regulations include the freezing and revocation of export business permits, as well as the suspension of non-administrative technical verification or tracing services.

This policy was promulgated and took effect on April 29, 2026.
