Jakarta, July 6 -- Singaporean Prime Minister (PM) Lawrence Wong reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening cooperation with Indonesia, particularly in the fields of energy, human resource development, and defense institutional relations, during the Indonesia-Singapore Annual Leaders' Retreat.

PM Wong stated that he and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto agreed to expand cooperation to create more opportunities for the people of both nations, bolster resilience, and enhance the competitiveness of both Indonesia and Singapore.

"The commitment to elevating our cooperation is reflected in the various agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) we signed today," Lawrence Wong said in a joint press statement here on Monday.
