Jakarta, April 15 -- Saudi Arabia's culture minister said the kingdom sees strong potential to expand cultural cooperation with Indonesia, including in heritage preservation, creative industries and institutional partnerships.

"Looking ahead, there is significant potential to deepen collaboration across cultural institutions, creative industries and heritage preservation," Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud said in an interview with ANTARA on Tuesday.

He noted that Indonesia and Saudi Arabia share more than 75 years of relations rooted in historical ties and a common Islamic cultural heritage.
