Jakarta, March 21 -- Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that the Presidential Palace in Jakarta will be open to the public for a halal bihalal (Eid gathering) on Saturday, Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.

"We have prepared the Palace for a halal bihalal to welcome all members of the community who wish to visit," he said in Medan, North Sumatra, on Friday, March 20.

Teddy explained that the event is planned to run from noon until evening with a capacity of approximately 5,000 people, and attendees will be admitted on a rotating basis.

The Palace has also prepared additional facilities, including outdoor tents to accommodate visitors if the indoor area reaches capacity.
