Jakarta, March 1 -- President Prabowo Subianto said he is ready to travel to Iran to facilitate dialogue aimed at restoring security and reducing escalation in the Middle East, the Indonesian Foreign Ministry said.
In an official statement here Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed regret over failed negotiations between the United States and Iran, which have triggered military escalation in the region.
Indonesia called on all parties to exercise restraint, prioritize diplomacy, and respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of every nation, urging disputes be resolved through peaceful means.
