Jakarta, March 31 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto held a bilateral meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi at the Akasaka Palace, Tokyo, on Tuesday, continuing his diplomatic engagements after meeting Emperor Naruhito a day earlier.

According to a statement received in Jakarta, President Prabowo was honored with a full diplomatic reception, reflecting the enduring and harmonious relations between the two countries.

Upon his arrival, the president was welcomed directly by PM Takaichi, who then invited him to a photo session before leading him to the Hagoromo no Ma chamber, the main venue for the reception.
