Jakarta, Sept. 12 -- President Prabowo Subianto becomes the latest national leader to arrive in New Delhi, India, for the 18th BRICS Summit hosted in the city on September 12-13.

The presidential aircraft landed at Palam Air Force Station, where a red carpet and honor guard greeted the president for the official welcoming ceremony.

Prabowo was received at the airbase by Indian Minister of State for Coal and Mines Satish Chandra Dubey alongside other host officials.

Foreign Minister Sugiono and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya accompanied the president for the summit delegation.
