Jakarta, June 2 -- President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday dismissed Dadan Hindayana from his position as head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), which oversees the government's flagship Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program.

The dismissal was announced by State Secretary Minister and Presidential Spokesperson Prasetyo Hadi in a press conference at the Presidential Palace Complex.

"On this day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Mr. President decided to carry out changes in the leadership of the National Nutrition Agency," Hadi stated.

Dadan Hindayana will be replaced by his deputy in BGN, Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, he added.
