Jakarta, March 22 -- President Prabowo Subianto reaffirmed his commitment to reforming law enforcement institutions, including the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the National Police (Polri), to strengthen the nation's foundations and build public trust.

He said Indonesia needs a more holistic approach to transformation, with institutional reforms across all state bodies responsible for upholding law and justice.

"My objective is national transformation. I want to thoroughly improve the nation's conditions, including by reforming law enforcement institutions," Prabowo said in an interview, according to a statement issued in Jakarta on Sunday.
