Jakarta, July 20 -- President Prabowo Subianto aims to complete the renovation of all schools nationwide by 2029 as part of the government's efforts to improve education infrastructure across the country.

At a Plenary Cabinet Meeting at the State Palace in Jakarta on Monday, he conveyed the government's target to complete the renovations of 77,000 schools this year.

The program will then be expanded to 100,000 schools each in 2027 and 2028.
