Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto praised the judiciary on Friday, citing the Supreme Court's faster case resolution and improved public access to the Constitutional Court.

Prabowo made the remarks during his State of the Nation Address at the 2026 Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) in Jakarta.

He said the Supreme Court handled 38,148 cases in 2025 and issued rulings in 37,973, giving it a productivity rate of 99.54 percent.

Prabowo said 96.74 percent of Supreme Court cases were resolved within three months, the highest level of timeliness in the court's history.
