Jakarta, Oct. 1 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto appointed Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo as the new Presidential Chief of Staff following his tenure as National Police Chief.

Listyo was sworn into his new role in Jakarta on Thursday, alongside several other senior officials.

His appointment was formalized under Presidential Decree No. 105/P of 2026 on the Dismissal and Appointment of the Presidential Chief of Staff and the Head of the Agrarian Reform Agency, signed by President Prabowo on September 30, 2026.

At a ceremony held at the State Palace, President Prabowo administered the oath of office to Listyo as the new Presidential Chief of Staff.
