Jakarta, April 8 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto hailed his administration's strong performance in its first 1.5 years in power during a government work meeting attended by around 800 senior officials, including ministers, state agency leaders, and security elites.

"You all have been part of my administration over the last 1.5 years, and praise be to God, our government has been successful in controlling the development direction of our nation," he told the audience at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday.
