Jakarta, Sept. 19 -- President Prabowo Subianto has stated that his government, in nearly two years, has achieved a number of successes that have benefited the Indonesian nation and people.

"We have proven to the Indonesian people that we have achieved real successes that have been beneficial for the Indonesian nation and people," Prabowo said during an event marking the 100th anniversary of the Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School in Ponorogo, East Java, on Saturday.

Prabowo said he now feels optimistic because his administration has been running for nearly two years since receiving the people's mandate.
