Jakarta, Sept. 29 -- Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto said President Prabowo Subianto had directed the development of an educational scheme to support the rehabilitation of drug addicts, including youth.

"We outlined plans to design an educational and rehabilitation model that can truly help young people recover and go on to lead productive lives," Brian said following a cabinet meeting at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta on Tuesday.

He affirmed that his ministry will collaborate with universities, particularly medical and psychology faculties with extensive experience in drug rehabilitation, to develop the appropriate concept and methods.
