Jakarta, March 12 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud discussed ongoing developments in the Middle East triggered by the joint United States-Israeli attack on Iran.

According to a media statement from the Saudi Foreign Ministry, on Wednesday, the two leaders held the talks via a phone call received by the Saudi Crown Prince.

During the call, they "reviewed developments surrounding the military escalation in the region and its serious implications for regional and global peace," the statement said.
