Jakarta, July 12 -- Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria stated that the enforcement of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 (PP TUNAS) has shown a positive impact on the utilization of dedicated child protection features.

He noted that current monitoring indicates that various digital platforms have rolled out dedicated child protection features, including kids' accounts, parental controls, and age-based access restrictions after the law, which regulates the governance of electronic system implementation for child protection, was implemented.
