Jakarta, April 14 -- The National Police (Polri) has launched an online service allowing the public to file police reports and report lost items through the Polri Super App.

Polri Deputy Chief, Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo, said here on Tuesday that the initiative strengthens service features in the Polri Super App, which is available on the App Store and Play Store.

"The strengthening of features in the Polri Super App is a strategic step to provide police services that are increasingly transparent, accountable, and easily accessible to the public," he said.

With the new system, the public no longer needs to visit police stations at the initial reporting stage and can submit reports anytime and anywhere via mobile devices.
