Bekasi, West Java, March 14 -- Deputy Chief of the National Police, Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo, urged Eid homecoming travelers to contact the police hotline at 110 if they experience security disturbances during their journey.
"If people experience problems on the road, they can contact the Police hotline 110 to make it easier for the police to provide services in the field," Prasetyo said when met at the KM 29 Command Center here on Saturday.
In addition, the National Police also operate a Short Message Service (SMS) blast system. Through this technology, travelers will receive the latest information on traffic conditions via SMS.
