Jakarta, July 2 -- State-owned oil and gas company Pertamina said it is ready to distribute B50 biodiesel ahead of the program's scheduled launch by President Prabowo Subianto.

"Pertamina is ready, in terms of infrastructure, to distribute B50," Pertamina Vice President for Corporate Communication Muhammad Baron said on the sidelines of the Kick Off and Coaching Clinic for the 2026 Pertamina Journalism Awards here on Thursday.

Baron said Pertamina's infrastructure in Java is the most prepared to implement the B50 program.

"In fact, the facilities across Java are the most ready," he said.
