Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Speaker Ahmad Muzani stressed that Pancasila must be visibly reflected in how the state protects its people.

He said this includes how law is enforced, including ongoing anti-corruption efforts as a priority, how national wealth is managed, and how people stay united amid differences.

"That is the value and spirit of Pancasila," Muzani said in his opening speech at the 2026 Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the Joint Session of the House of Representatives (DPR) and Regional Representatives Council (DPD) at the parliament complex here on Friday.
