Jakarta, May 22 -- Palestinian Ambassador to Indonesia Abdalfatah A.K. Al-Sattari has conveyed his deep gratitude to the Indonesian government and public for their continuous support and aid for Palestinians, distributed through the National Alms Agency (Baznas).

According to a statement released on Friday, Al-Sattari visited the Baznas office in Jakarta on Thursday, May 21, to extend his appreciation for Indonesia's humanitarian efforts while congratulating Sodik Mujahid on his recent appointment as head of the philanthropic agency.

Al-Sattari noted that relations between Indonesia and Palestine have grown beyond diplomatic ties into a genuine bond of brotherhood.
