Jakarta, May 22 -- Minister of Manpower Yassierli emphasized the National Internship programme is part of the government's efforts to strengthen Indonesia's young generation who are ready to enter the workforce through practical experience and competency development.

Yassierli said labor market currently demands more than just academic knowledge, noting work experience, work culture understanding, and adapting to a professional environment ability are also needed.
