Jakarta, May 22 -- Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Bima Arya Sugiarto highlighted issues on MSME data which remain being a challenge in many regions, especially its user data often differs, making the process of mentoring and business development difficult.

"When we talk about MSME, its data varies. Sometimes, the differences are quite extreme," Sugiarto said in a statement here on Friday.

However, he appreciates the launch of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Service Application System (SAPA UMKM) to strengthen business ecosystem through data integration and cross-sector collaboration.
