Ministry works to help tourists affected by Anak Krakatau eruption
Jakarta, Sept. 9 -- Indonesia's Tourism Ministry is intensifying coordination with all stakeholders to help domestic and international tourists affected by the eruption of Anak Krakatau in the Sunda Strait.
Ministry Spokesperson Imam Priyono on Wednesday told ANTARA that his side is coordinating with the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), and Banten and Lampung provincial authorities, as well as other agencies, for the effort.
