Jakarta, Aug. 23 -- The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection will establish a Women and Children's Friend Post (Pos SAPA) in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to strengthen post-earthquake support services.

Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Minister Arifah Fauzi confirmed in Jakarta on Sunday that she will fly to the province on Monday (August 24), bringing along aid from partners and preparing to establish the post, which will serve as a service hub.

"If any children are separated from their parents, or if people need information regarding services for women and children, we will provide assistance at Pos SAPA," she said when handing over aid to the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB).
