Indonesia, July 25 -- The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education is preparing an integrated national blueprint to meet Indonesia's long-term teacher workforce needs.

"The policy covers teacher education, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), certification, professional development, and national teacher workforce planning," Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Fajar Riza Ul Haq said on Saturday.

He said the initiative follows President Prabowo Subianto's directive to establish a more integrated and sustainable teacher governance system.
