Jakarta, March 16 -- The Language Development and Fostering Agency (Badan Bahasa) has enlivened the Eid al-Fitr homecoming period by providing 24,000 free children's books through the Happy Homecoming with Reading (MABB) program.

Primary and Secondary Education Minister Abdul Mu'ti said the 24,000 children's books are distributed across nine homecoming departure points in two provinces, namely Jakarta and Banten.

"The program is held at nine locations, more than last year's six locations, and the number of books has also increased to 24,000 this year," Mu'ti said after launching the 2026 MABB program on Monday.

He expressed hope that the program will make the homecoming journey to reunite with family as enjoyable and happy as possible....
