Jakarta, June 25 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through its embassy in Seoul, is intensively coordinating with the South Korean Coast Guard (KCG) as search and rescue operations continue for two Indonesian crew members missing off the coast of Busan.

The incident occurred on Thursday, June 25, at approximately 10:10 a.m. local time, when a 79-ton fishing vessel carrying six Indonesian crew members collided with a 992-ton Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carrier in the waters around Gijang, Busan.

Following the collision, the fishing vessel sank.
