Ministry advocates broader push for productive, inclusive workplaces
Jakarta, Sept. 9 -- Secretary-General at the Manpower Ministry Cris Kuntadi has called for a broader push to build productive, adaptive, and inclusive workplaces to ensure broader benefits for the national workforce.
In a statement received here in Jakarta on Wednesday, Cris noted efforts to build a healthy work environment go beyond physical workplace conditions.
"Building the work environment must go hand-in-hand with fostering employee engagement as part of the organisational culture," he said in his speech at the Stellar Workplace Award 2026 in Jakarta on Tuesday.
