Jakarta, Sept. 26 -- Indonesian Manpower Minister Yassierli has urged young people to strengthen their skills and adaptability to navigate a rapidly changing job market.

In a statement issued in Jakarta on Saturday, Yassierli said advances in artificial intelligence (AI), digitalization, the green economy, and demographic shifts are transforming both the types of jobs available and the way work is performed.

These changes require young people to develop skills that align with the evolving needs of the labor market.
