Jakarta, Sept. 23 -- The Indonesian government has identified six priority sectors to drive economic growth, namely digital infrastructure, natural resource downstreaming, high-value-added manufacturing, strategic upstream industries, food security, and renewable energy.

Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara said these sectors were identified based on their strong domestic demand potential and projected growth in line with public needs.

"All six of these sectors are essential to the Indonesian people. This means demand for them will remain strong, as they continue to meet the country's domestic needs," he conveyed at the ANTARA Business Forum (ABF) in Jakarta on Wednesday.
