Jakarta, May 8 -- The Ministry of Manpower is transforming its vocational training centers (BLKs) into business incubators, productivity clinics, and talent hubs to better align with evolving job market demands.

"BLKs are no longer just training facilities; they are being developed into talent and innovation hubs, productivity clinics, and business incubators," Manpower Minister Yassierli said in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.

He explained that the transformation is part of his ministry's strategic measures to optimize BLKs as training centers that are adaptive, inclusive, and relevant to both domestic and international industrial needs in 2026.
