Jakarta, Sept. 4 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli has stressed the importance of communication skills for self-employed workers or entrepreneurs.

"The key is for business owners to maintain continuous communication, maintain product quality, and ensure that customers' needs continue to be met," the minister said in a statement issued in Jakarta on Friday.

He said one of the keys to success in entrepreneurship was not merely acquiring customers but also maintaining relationships with them so they remain loyal and continue using the products or services offered.
