Jakarta, May 3 -- The Jakarta Metropolitan Police have questioned 31 witnesses over a train accident at Bekasi Timur Station in Bekasi, West Java, on April 27.
"Investigators have questioned 31 people, including the complainant, taxi driver, crossing guard, victims, train officers, and other witnesses," said Senior Commissioner Budi Hermanto on Sunday.
The case is being handled by the Criminal Investigation Directorate.
Investigators have inspected the scene, collected evidence, reviewed CCTV footage, coordinated with hospitals, requested post-mortems, and questioned witnesses.
