Jakarta, Sept. 17 -- Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi said the newly operational Jakarta Light Rail Transit (LRT) Kelapa Gading-Manggarai line has significantly strengthened the integration of public transportation modes across the capital.

President Prabowo Subianto officially inaugurated the line's operation in Jakarta on Wednesday (September 16), accompanied by Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi and Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung.

"The presence of this service not only adds public transportation options for the public but also strengthens intermodal integration in Jakarta," Dudy said.
